Sorry for the lack of posts. I do have pictures...for most of the days from the past 3 weeks. I just haven't had time to do anything with them! Work has started back and it has been super stressful. I'll post some pictures soon!...

There is something wrong with the flash on my camera. The bottom right corner of this picture is in a shadow. Anyway, we had our last book study meeting and celebrated with some yummy snacks.

Today I didn't really forget to take a picture...I just never took a picture. It was actually a pretty eventful day. I ate lunch with a friend from grad school and then met up with Amy at Panera. Later that evening we hung out with some friends for a game night.

I've had these tennis shoes for 4 years and I've been reminiscing about all that these shoes have been through. I bought them right before I went to China in 2006. They were taken on that trip. I had them my last year of college in Norman, OK. They went with me to Dallas when I moved to go to UNT for grad school. They went with me on my honeymoon in Aspen, CO. And of course, all the times that I have attempted working out during the last 4 years. :)

On Thursday we drove to Gruene, TX and went tubing on the Guadeloupe river. Then we drove down to San Antonio. For dinner we ate at Mi Tierra. There were a lot of little Mexican shops around the restaurant. This picture was taken at one of the shops while we were waiting to get into the restaurant.

Ok so I wore my shane and shane t-shirt today. It just so happens that this shirt is from their album "clean" and has a tooth brushing itself. It also just so happens that I went to the dentist today...not realizing/remembering that I was wearing this shirt. The dentist never said anything about it...but when I realized I had worn it to the dentist I felt like a dork. To make matters worse, I had a cavity! Oh the irony...

I made homemade chocolate frozen yogurt! It was good. I have made it again since this and it was even better. This particular version had two cups of plain yogurt, 1 cup of 2% milk, 3 oz bakers chocolate, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla.

Adam made us lunch on Sunday and this is what we ate. Possibly one of the best things I've ever eaten (although I could probably say that about anything Adam makes). We ate cheese grits (filled with two kinds of cheese, grease from the sausage, heavy whipping cream, and spices) topped with seasoned shrimp, sausage, wilted spinach, and pico de gallo. It was pretty much like a party in my mouth. Not healthy in ANY way....but DELICIOUS.
